Leslie Caron


The iconic international star Leslie Caron, trained as a ballet dancer, made her film debut opposite Gene Kelly in An American In Paris. She went on to dazzle audiences in
Daddy Long Legs with Fred Astaire, Gigi, and Lili, for which she won the British Academy Award. In 1962 Ms. Caron triumphed as a dramatic actress in The L-Shaped Room, for which she won her second British Academy Award. She has also twice received Oscar nominations, and in 2007 won an Emmy for Best Actress in a Dramatic Series for Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.
